Website Terms of Use

Updated: 11 June 2026

Terms and conditions governing access to and use of the i-trade.io website (Terms & Conditions).

These Website Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to the i-trade.io website, its sub-domains, and mobile applications (together, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by ITRADE ENTERPRISE LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 09038312, registered office: 22 Kingsley Close, Birkenshaw, Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, BD11 2NH ("I-Trade", "we"). By using the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree with the Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms govern the use of the Site only. The relationship arising from the provision of Platform services — account opening and management, asset transactions — is governed by a separate Customer Agreement. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

1. Definitions

  • "Website" — the collection of web pages, applications, and APIs available at i-trade.io and its subdomains.
  • "User" — any person accessing the website, regardless of whether they hold an account.
  • "Content" — texts, graphics, price quotes, strategy statistics, source code, and other Site materials.
  • "Personal Account" — the restricted section of the website, accessible after authentication.
  • "Consumer" — a natural person who uses the Site for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession.

2. Licence to Use the Site

The Site is intended for persons who are aged 18 or over and have full legal capacity. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Services are provided in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdictions in which the Platform operates. Access to certain features of the Site may be restricted depending on your country of residence. You are solely responsible for compliance with the requirements of the law of the country from which you access the Site.

3. Acceptance and Amendment of the Terms

The Terms take effect for a User from the moment of first access to the Site. We may update the Terms, including where there are changes to legislation, Site functionality, or our processes. Material changes are announced no less than 14 days in advance on this page, and additionally by email to Account holders. The date of the most recent version is indicated at the top of the page. If you do not agree with the changes, please discontinue use of the Site before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

4. Acceptable Use

  • The website is intended for personal use for informational purposes and to access platform services.
  • Automated data collection (scraping, parsing of price quotes and strategy statistics) without our prior written consent is prohibited, except for access via the public API (where provided) within the published limits.
  • Circumventing security measures, conducting load attacks, scanning for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent, injecting malicious code, and any other interference with the operation of the Site are strictly prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to impersonate I-Trade, to use the "I-Trade" name, logo, or brand elements without authorisation, or to create derivative websites that are misleading.
  • It is prohibited to use the Site to breach sanctions regimes, launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other unlawful activity.

5. Account and Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions performed in your Personal Account. Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication. Report any account compromise immediately to [email protected] — we will restrict access until control is restored.

6. Information Does Not Constitute a Recommendation

The Site's Content — price quotes, charts, strategy statistics, blog articles, and educational materials — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an individual investment recommendation, investment advice, an offer, or an invitation to acquire financial instruments or crypto-assets. Past performance figures reflect historical periods and are not a guarantee of future results.

Trading financial instruments and crypto-assets involves a high level of risk, including the risk of total loss of the amount invested. A significant proportion of retail client accounts lose money when trading leveraged products. Crypto-assets are not covered by deposit guarantee schemes or compensation schemes. Before making investment decisions, assess your objectives and financial position and, where appropriate, seek independent advice. For further details, see the "Disclosures".

7. Intellectual Property

Exclusive rights in the Content, design, software code, databases, the "I-Trade" name, logo, and brand elements belong to ITRADE ENTERPRISE LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may quote Content provided that the source is attributed and an active link to the Site is included. Any other reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of Content without our written consent is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party resources. Such links are provided for convenience only: we do not control the content of third-party resources and accept no responsibility for it, and the presence of a link does not imply endorsement. Market data is provided by exchanges and vendors on an "as is" basis; delays and inaccuracies may occur.

9. Site Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation or warranty as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, except as expressly required by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the Site but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions: scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible), unplanned outages, and provider-side restrictions may occur. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue individual sections of the Site. This section does not affect consumers' statutory rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability: (a) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) in any other case where exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law. Statutory rights of consumers conferred by mandatory provisions of law are not affected.

Subject to the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for: (a) losses arising from decisions taken in reliance on Content; (b) indirect losses or loss of profit connected with the use of or inability to use the Site; (c) acts of third parties, including failures by exchanges, banks, and communications providers; (d) losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Indemnity (Business Users)

If you use the Site for business or professional purposes, you agree to indemnify I-Trade against documented losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from well-founded third-party claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or applicable law. This section does not apply to Consumers.

12. Termination of Access

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-compliance with applicable law, or where there are indications of fraud, with notice to you where not prohibited by law. Termination of access to the Site does not affect your rights to funds and assets held in your Account — the procedure for their return is set out in the Customer Agreement.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intended meaning and economic outcome.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the documents to which they refer (including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclosures), constitute the entire agreement between you and I-Trade in respect of use of the Site. In relation to the provision of Platform services, precedence is given to Customer agreement. Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud.

15. Governing Law

These Terms, their interpretation, and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a Consumer, you additionally retain the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence; nothing in these Terms derogates from such protection.

16. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a Consumer, you also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of habitual residence where so provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Before commencing legal proceedings, we invite you to follow the pre-action procedure: submit your complaint to [email protected] or via the "Support" — we will respond within 15 Business Days. EEA consumers may also have the right to have recourse to ADR procedures available under the law of their country of residence.
