What happens if a strategy starts losing money?

Every strategy has a hard drawdown limit. Upon reaching it, the algorithm reduces positions and notifies you. You can stop the strategy at any time — positions will close at market, and funds will remain in your account.

Can I intervene in the algorithm's operation?

Yes. You set limits, exclude individual assets, pause the strategy, or change the risk profile. The algorithm operates strictly within the parameters you define.

How quickly can funds be withdrawn?

Available funds are transferred via SEPA within 1 business day. If funds are in open positions, add closing time: typically minutes for liquid assets.

How are strategy returns verified?

Every trade is recorded on the public I-Trade Chain network. Metrics on the strategy card can be verified against on-chain data via the explorer or API.

Are my assets insured?

Cash and securities are protected under the European compensation scheme up to €20,000. Crypto assets are not covered by deposit insurance; 95% are held in cold wallets.
